The passcode for the cabin key lockbox is 2267. (The lockbox is located directly outside your cabin).

Please close the lockbox after accessing your keys.

Before you check out, please lock the cabin door and return the keys to the lock box.

Cabin Rental Agreement

By making your cabin reservation, it is expressly understood and agreed that the owner of said premises, shall not be liable for any damages or injury to renter(s), their family, or guest(s) or to the families’ property from whatever cause arising from occupancy of said premises by renter(s). It is understood that the owner shall not be responsible for any personal property left by renter(s) or guests.

Every effort has been made for accuracy in our advertising; however, we are not responsible for errors or omissions. Rental data is subject to change without notice. Rental terms and conditions are subject to change.

Please note that no refunds are given due to weather, appliance or utility failure. For repairs and maintenance, every effort will be made to remedy any problems that may arise in as timely of a manner as possible. You can expect a courteous and professional attitude to problem solving.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could perform the following tasks before you depart:

Wash all dish ware

Remove all food and dispose of trash

Place all dirty towels and washcloths on the bathroom floor

Return all cabin items, chairs or furniture to the proper place

Turn off fans, air-conditioning and lights

Close windows and leave keys on table

Cancellation Policy
Full Refund
Loft Cabins and Small Cabins may be cancelled up to or on 7 days before your stay to receive a full refund.
Example: You have a reservation for July 7th with a 3pm Check-In time. You must cancel your reservation no later than June 30th at 3 pm to receive a full refund.
50% Refund
Loft Cabins and Small Cabins may be cancelled up to or on 3 days before your stay to receive a 50% refund.
Example: You have a reservation for July 3rd with a 3pm Check-in time. You must cancel your reservation no later than June 30th at 3pm to receive a 50% refund.
No Refund
Loft Cabin and Small Cabin reservations that are cancelled within 72 hours of your stay will be charged full price.
Example: You have reservation for July 3rd with a 3pm Check-In time and you cancel your reservation on June 30th at 3pm. You will be charged the full price of your stay.
